Orenchi no Furo Jijou

Tatsumi is a high school boy who lives by himself. However, a devastatingly handsome merman named Wakasa moves into the bathtub in Tatsumis home. Wakasa is a bit self-centered but cute, while Tatsumi is cool but a busybody.
